Returns

If you have an issues with an order, please contact us immediately via terri@doolittleyarnery.com. We endeavor for you to be THRILLED with your items, and are happy to work with you to resolve any issues that arise.

If an item needs to be physically returned, the customer is responsible for arranging shipping and covering shipping costs associated with returns unless the product is defective in which case Doolittle will issue you a return shipping label.

Shipping

We do our very best to turn your order around and get it into the shipper's hands within 48-72 hours. If you require a faster processing time, please contact us prior to placing your order.

When the shop is on hiatus or vacation it will be clearly marked so you will know the expectations around estimated shipping dates.

We ship primarily through USPS. If you prefer another shipping option, please contact us directly to arrange. If you are local to the great Houston, Texas area and would like to pick up your order, just choose "Pick Up" at check out. You will receive an email confirmation when your items are available for pick up. Pick up can happen at a local knit night or conveniently in the Spring Branch area.
